The Power Behind the Legend

First, it is important to look at what makes this specific inline-six motor an industry benchmark. The modern 6.7L Cummins turbo diesel engine delivers immense low-end torque and incredible longevity, outlasting standard gasoline variants by hundreds of thousands of miles. Furthermore, the engine features a block cast from compacted graphite iron, improving strength while reducing overall weight. This advanced engineering ensures optimal thermal efficiency and massive towing capacities for local drivers.
